Tracking a Novaluxia Order in the Philippines: What Each Status Means
Your parcel is not missing and you were not scammed — most confusion comes from states the app names differently from the courier text, plus a draw stage ordinary shopping does not have.

Most "my order is missing" panics are actually just a status mismatch. The Novaluxia app says one thing, a courier text says another, and neither is wrong. Here is how to read the two together.
The stages an order moves through#
The order center sorts everything into eight buckets: Pending Payment, Awaiting Shipment, Awaiting Receipt, Pending Review, Pending Processing, Pending Repurchase, After-sales & Refunds and Completed. Here is what each one means in practice.
| Stage | What it means | What you should do |
|---|---|---|
| Waiting for the draw | Paid and joined; the result is not out yet | Wait. On the draw type it is 100 people to 1 winning slot; if you do not win you get a small reward and your payment is not returned |
| Won / order placed | You won, and it moves into the normal order flow | Screenshot the checkout total now |
| Processing / preparing | Order accepted, being picked or packed | Nothing. This is the longest quiet stretch |
| In transit / shipped | Handed to a carrier, moving through the network | Watch the courier reference if the app shows one |
| Out for delivery | On a vehicle near your address today | Keep your phone on and answer unknown numbers |
| Delivered | Marked complete by the carrier | Check the parcel that day, not next week |

A group-buy order has one extra stage that ordinary retail does not: the draw. Three things trip people up repeatedly:
- Losing the draw is not a failed order. On the draw type, not winning is the normal outcome for 99 people out of 100. You get a small reward, not your payment back. The two read almost identically in a group chat and are completely different events.
- "Processing" is not "stuck". It is the stage where the order exists but the parcel does not. Campaign orders can sit here longer than a normal retail order.
- A group buy has three clocks, not two. When the entry window closes, when the draw happens, and when the parcel ships are three separate dates. Reading only one of them is how people conclude, wrongly, that they have been scammed.
The app's own status vocabulary is wider than those six stages. A group still counting down reads To Be Announced; the group itself resolves to Group buying successful or Group buying failed; and a group that expires without filling is settled as Returned at maturity.
Why the app and the courier text disagree#
They are answering different questions:
- The app knows about your order — the campaign, the payment, the fulfilment state.
- The courier knows about a parcel — the physical box, once it has been handed over.
Before handover, the courier has nothing to report. After handover, the courier is the more accurate source. In the middle, the two will look inconsistent, which is normal.

When to raise it, and how#
Raise it once the app's own stated delivery estimate has passed and the status has not changed. Estimates do move for reasons that have nothing to do with your order. On 19 August 2026 the app ran a SHIP DELAY advisory at 11:13: "Tropical Depression Neneng and the enhanced Southwest Monsoon may affect delivery times in some areas." Advisories like that go to the app's own news feed before anywhere else, which is why the app is the place to check first and the courier text second.
Do it inside the app's order or support flow, and include:
- The order number.
- The campaign or product name.
- Your screenshots of the product page and the checkout total.
- A one-line timeline: ordered on X, estimate was Y, still showing Z.
- A photo if the parcel arrived damaged or the contents were wrong.
Keep the whole conversation inside the platform's channel. A private chat with a seller leaves you with nothing to escalate, and anything resolved off-platform cannot be evidenced later.
If it is marked delivered but nothing arrived#
Report it the same day. Deliveries get marked wrongly all the time — a neighbour, a guardhouse, a wrong unit. Same-day reports get sorted same day. Reports filed a week later are much harder for anyone to act on, and no support desk, on any platform, can fix that part for you.
The four habits that prevent all of this#

- Screenshot the product page and the checkout total at purchase.
- Note all three dates: when the entry window closes, when the draw runs, and the delivery estimate.
- Keep the in-app receipt.
- Track inside the app first, courier text second.

Quick answers
- Why does my courier text say something different from the app?
- They track different things. The app tracks your order and campaign state; the courier tracks a parcel once it is handed over. They only reconcile after handover, so disagreements in the middle are normal.
- How long should I wait before raising an issue?
- Once the app's stated delivery estimate has passed and the status has not moved, raise it in the app with your order number and screenshots. Waiting longer than the estimate does not help your case.
- The courier marked it delivered but nothing arrived.
- Raise it the same day, inside the app, with your timeline. Same-day reports are far easier for any support team to act on than ones from a week later.
- I paid but my entry shows as unwon. Is that a lost parcel?
- No. It is the normal result on the draw type: 100 people, one winning slot, a small reward if you do not win, and the payment not returned. It has nothing to do with logistics or a missing parcel. Only a group that never fills refunds the principal.
