Paano Sumali sa Novaluxia Group Buy: Step-by-Step Walkthrough
The Novaluxia group buy is not the 'more people, lower price' kind. Each group has 100 people and 1 winning slot. Here is the flow, and the numbers most people never read.

Group buying is the mechanic the platform is built around, and it is also where the confusion lives. This is not the group buy most people are picturing.
Two different mechanics run side by side. In one, a group of 100 people produces a single winner, you pay in full to join, and if you do not win you get a small reward. In the other, all 100 people win and the discount is real. The listings look similar. The deals are not.
Most people join first and read the rules second. So the first step below is working out which mechanic you are looking at, not how to join.
Step 1 — Read the odds printed on the product title#
The odds are in the title itself. If you see 【100:1】, that means one winner out of a hundred.
| Draw type (NovaBolt) | All-win type (higher tiers) | |
|---|---|---|
| People per group | 100 | 100 |
| Winning slots | 1 | 100 |
| Product title | Carries 【100:1】 | Does not carry that ratio |
| What you pay | Full price of the listing | Full price of the listing |
| If you do not win | Small reward (we read ₱5–₱85), payment not refunded | — |
| If the group never fills | Principal refunded | Principal refunded |
| Typical price range | A few hundred to a few thousand pesos | ₱2,000–₱30,000 |
No ratio on the title, no payment. That is the one rule on this platform worth memorizing. The diagram below names the four steps: Join, Countdown, Draw and Win Item or Point.

Step 2 — Do the arithmetic first#
On a draw-type campaign, the discount percentage is meaningless. It is the entry price, nothing more.
The two numbers that matter are what you pay and how likely you are to get the thing.
Here is a campaign we actually pulled: a football listed at ₱1,114 normally, ₱500 to join, 100 people, 1 slot, ₱5 to anyone who does not win. You spend ₱500, you have a 1% shot at the ball, and in 99 cases out of 100 you are holding ₱5.
Most decisions finish themselves once that arithmetic is on the table. The rules are published on the product page. Our point is only that you should know what you are buying.
Step 3 — Decide what you can afford to lose first#
Because your payment is not returned when you lose, "how much can I lose" is a more useful question than "how much can I save".
Our own three lines:
- No more than the price of one family meal per entry.
- No borrowing, no instalments to fund an entry.
- No balance left in the wallet — top up only when you are actually joining.
Step 4 — The window is short, so do not work from screenshots#
Campaigns run for a long time, but individual groups do not. We measured the group window in hours; one live listing we captured had six participants and 59 minutes left on its validity clock. A screenshot passed around a chat group can easily point at a group that has already been drawn.
Open the campaign inside the app and check the live countdown, the live headcount and the live terms.
Step 5 — Screenshot before you pay#
Two screenshots: the product page and the checkout total. On a draw-type campaign this pair matters more, because it is the only record of which group you entered, what you paid, and what the odds were at the time.

Step 6 — Follow the result#
After you join there are two paths: the draw, or the group expiring without filling and your principal coming back. We have one documented case of the second path: a ₱1,200 mixer group that opened on 18 March 2026, drew only three real participants and expired, with the principal returned. We read the settlement record through the platform's public product API in September 2026.
Results live under My Group Buying in the app, split into Participated and Won. Winning moves you into the normal shipping flow, tracked in your orders like any other purchase.

What if the order goes wrong#
Raise it through the app's own order or support flow, with the order number, your screenshots and a short timeline of what happened. Keep the conversation inside the platform's channel — a private chat with a seller leaves you with nothing to escalate.
Quick answers#
Two listings side by side — and the wording that separates them

Is this a group buy or a raffle? Both exist here, with completely different rules. The main one is the draw: 100 people, 1 winning slot, paid in full, small reward if you lose, payment not returned. Check the ratio on the product title before paying.
If I do not win, do I get my money back? On the campaigns we read in September 2026, no — you get a small reward of ₱5 to ₱85. A group that never fills is a different case: there the principal is refunded. Two separate rules, easy to mix up.
Paano kung hindi umabot sa minimum? The principal is returned when the group expires without filling.
Can I join more than one campaign? Yes, they are separate. The Group Buy Rules cap this at five products a day at each price tier, worded in the app as "Only can purchase 5 product per day at each price." Past that, the app shows "maximum purchase limit reached".
Can I cancel? Cancellation terms are set by the campaign and shown in the app. Check them before you pay.
There are 100 people and 1 winner — what happens to the other 99? They get the unwon reward. The amount is on the campaign page; we read ₱5 to ₱85.

Quick answers
- What is a Novaluxia group buy?
- The main type is a draw. Each group holds 100 people and has one winning slot, marked on the product title as 【100:1】. You pay the listed price in full to join. If you win, the item ships; if you do not, you get a small reward and the amount you paid is not returned. A second, higher-priced type lets all 100 people win.
- If I do not win, do I get my money back?
- No. On the campaigns we read in September 2026, the unwon reward ranged from ₱5 to ₱85 and the amount you paid to join was not refunded. The refund applies to a different case: when a group never fills, the principal is returned.
- What happens if not enough people join?
- The principal is returned when the group expires without filling. That is separate from losing the draw — one is a refund, the other is a small reward.
- Can I cancel after joining a group buy?
- Cancellation terms are set by the campaign and shown in the app. Check the terms displayed at checkout on the day you buy, because they can differ between campaigns.
