Who we are#
We are a small group of Filipino online shoppers — Metro Manila and the provinces — who use the Novaluxia app the same way you do: browse, join group buys, wait for parcels, deal with support when something goes wrong.
We started writing because the conversation about the platform had become two shouting camps and almost no documentation. Nobody was publishing "here is what the app actually said at checkout" or "here is what public evidence supports." That is the gap this site fills.
What using the app looks like

Photos from Novaluxia's own community material. They are the platform's pictures, credited as such — we do not present them as photos we took.
We are not Novaluxia employees, contractors or resellers. We do not work for the company, we do not sell products, and we do not represent the brand.
What we publish#
- Tips & how-to — practical walkthroughs for the app and for group buying.
- Reviews & legit checks — what public evidence supports about the platform, and how to verify it yourself.
- Good finds — products where the landed price still makes sense.
- Rumors, checked — viral claims traced to a source, or explicitly marked unverified.
Our editorial rules#
- Say "unverified" when it is unverified. No guessing dressed as reporting.
- Separate the company from the transaction. "The platform is publicly documented" and "this specific order went wrong" are different statements, and we keep them apart.
- No paid verdicts. Nobody can buy a positive review, a "legit" badge or a removal.
- Show the reasoning. If we recommend something, the arithmetic behind the recommendation is in the article.
- Correct in public. When we get something wrong, the fix is visible and dated, not a silent edit.
- Link to official sources. App stores, the brand site and the web store — not to resellers.
- We do not do the platform's arithmetic for it. Group buying is written up as a draw: how many winning slots, what comes back if you do not win, and whether the money you paid is refunded. The tier system's team rewards and commission splits are the platform's own recruitment pitch, so we do not republish them or explain them. Nothing in this rule is written for the platform's benefit.
Disclosure#
This is an independent fan site. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Novaluxia. There are no affiliate links and no sponsored placements in our articles. Where an article describes something we could not confirm, it says so.
We cannot access your account, order, payment, refund or delivery. For anything about a real transaction, use the support channels inside the official app.
About the pictures on this site. Four kinds of image appear here, and we label them as follows:
- Platform community material — photos the platform has itself published, credited in the caption. We do not present them as photos we took.
- Screenshots of the official sites and store listings — captures of publicly visible pages at novaluxia.com and novaluxia.ph, and of the app's Google Play and Apple App Store listings, taken by us on 16–17 September 2026. They are the platform's own pages, or the stores' own listing pages, reproduced so you can see what we saw. Reproducing a page is not an endorsement of what it says, and those pages will have changed since the day we captured them. One field on the App Store listing shows a private individual's name, so that cell is greyed out; where a listing field names a person rather than a company, we grey it out instead of reproducing it.
- Stock-style imagery — the decorative covers on articles are generated stock-style photographs. The people in them are models, not our team, not real Novaluxia users, and not anyone who placed an order. They illustrate a topic; they do not document an event.
- Our own screenshots of the app — when an article describes what a screen inside the app says, the screenshot is ours and says so.
If you ever see a picture on this site presented as a real user or a real order and it is not, tell us and we will correct it with a dated note.
Privacy, in plain language#
We keep this simple: no accounts, no signup wall on articles, and no selling of visitor data. If we add analytics to measure which articles are useful, it will be limited to aggregate page statistics, and this page will say so before it goes live. We do not collect the personal details you send Novaluxia, and you should never send us your OTP, password, ID photos or payment details — we will never ask for them.
Corrections and contact#
Spotted an error, or have a documented order timeline you think deserves to be published anonymously? Send it with:
- the article URL,
- what is wrong or what you want checked,
- and, for order complaints, the order date, the campaign name and the timeline (you can redact your personal details).
Corrections that check out get published with a dated note on the article.
Until a contact inbox is confirmed for this domain, corrections can be raised through the same channel you found this site on. Do not send passwords, OTPs or ID documents.
Copyright and trademarks#
